Instead of physical events, most universities and colleges across the country have released digital versions of traditional graduate display cases. Among them is the Manchester School of Art, part of Manchester Metropolitan University, which offers a presentation of student work in architecture, design, fashion and media.
At the start of the show, the university is organizing a digital livestream event from 5 p.m. today. The author, presenter and art producer Katie Popperwell will be in discussion with the internationally known artist Ryan Gander, who completed the Interactive Arts course in 1999.
The event will also include an audiovisual “remix” of student work from the year. The performance will be led by five filmmaking graduates who will round off the show with multidisciplinary artist Mike England.
Processing begins on Monday, June 29 at 5 p.m. Check out the event above or go here
